Registration Fees and Payments

By registering for an NMICE Travel or Rec Team, participants/parents/guardians agree to: Attend ALL Team events unless pre-arranged with Coach; Book stay-to-play hotels and provide booking confirmation to team manager as required by NMICE policy; Pay all NMICE registration fees as scheduled; Follow NMICE Policies and Procedures.


PLEASE NOTE: Hockey can quickly become expensive and while we cannot control all the costs, NMICE works diligently to budget well and keep expenses as low as possible. Registration fees vary by program and level of play. Fees generally include all expenses associated with operating the team (player apparel when indicated, practice and game ice time, officials, tournament registrations) and do NOT include player equipment or any expenses related to travel (transportation, hotels, meals).


Registration and Fees: House Biscuit League fees are due in full at the time of registration. REC and Travel program fees have an optional payment plan. If a scheduled payment fails to process for any reason a notice is sent to the account email with instructions on updating the payment method. Overdue or unpaid accounts may result in late fees and/or restriction of the player from participation. Players with an outstanding balance at the end of a season will be required to pay the balance due in full before tryouts/evaluations.


Refunds: Requested in writing by email to the NMICE President. Considered on a case-by-case basis. NMICE pays operating expenses related to each player and team as fees are collected, therefore refunds could create financial hardship for the organization. Participants are offered third-party registration insurance and are encouraged to consider this option when registering.
