Travel Hockey Information

Our ability to have multiple AA, A and B teams at each age level will greatly depend on the number of players to register for tryouts and register for the second level travel teams. As always, our B teams will offer an excellent opportunity for players to continue to develop at a higher level and in more competitive game and tournament situations. Any player who is offered a roster position on any AA, A or B team must be committed to attend each team event (home or away) and register by the roster deadline of July 10th, 2026.

AA, A and B tryouts are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday June 22nd and 23rd and registration is open. If you are not already registered, please click here. Remember that you will also have to register your player with USA Hockey as part of the process.

If your player is unable to attend tryouts, please contact Coach Ben Danford prior to tryouts to make alternate arrangements for evaluation and consideration (hockeydirector@outposticearena.com).

Practices for all AA, A and B teams will begin the week of August 31st and conclude by mid- March, with the B level teams possibly wrapping up a little earlier but running at least through a President’s Day Tournament in February.

Members of each team will again be asked to volunteer to sell squishy wolves at NAHL and NA3HL home games with every dollar going to NMICE. Funds raised for, and donations to, NMICE are used to keep our fees as low as possible and to help provide funds for unique opportunities that arise. We need all families to volunteer and support fundraising events. In addition to the squishy wolves sales, we will have other events throughout the season.
